As a practicing psychotherapist, I am committed to helping individuals, couples and groups who seek to live a happier and more productive life. I work towards helping them to understand and know the unknown parts of themselves that are causing them difficulty. MY SMALL GROUPS HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN HELPING WOMEN WHO ARE FEELING ISOLATED IN DEALING WITH THEIR LIFE TRANSITIONS. GROUP IS A SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL PLACE TO WORK THROUGH FEELINGS OF ISOLATION AND PAINFUL RELATIONAL SITUATIONS WHILE IN THE PRESENCE OF AN EXPERIENCED GROUP THERAPIST. IT PROVIDES AN OPPORTUNITY FOR PERSONAL GROWTH AND A SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY ONE IS EXPERIENCING UNHAPPINESS IN THEIR LIFE.
